Trained in classical French cooking, but I have a passion for all foods and cuisines. I enjoy creating and experimenting with new flavors and textures, while still enjoying the classics.
I decided I wanted to start a blog to document my passion for food.
In my free time I enjoy riding my motorcycle, scuba diving and spending time with my family and pets.
My wife enjoys baking and she will also be posting a few of her recipes in here too.
french cuisine? i’m all over it. i’m gonna have to wander through your recipes when i get a little more time, but i love what i see right now.
keep up the awesome work, chef john. i agree with you 100%; to eat well is to live well.
Thanks for the interest, I am classically trained however French cuisine here in United States has kind of taken a turn to the more healthy side, meaning less butter and cream and to make up for that more flavor, herbs and spices. Check out my post on chicken pot pie and maybe you will agree. Thank you for your interest and I hope you enjoy!! PS don’t forget to sign up so you automatically get the new recipes that come out every week and watch for me on Twitter. Tell your friends and thanks again.
I like your about…short, simple and informative. thank you for your follow today Chef John. 🙂
